Program Applications

All student-athletes who wish to apply to an ACDS Program must be pre-qualified by a member of our team. To begin the pre-qualification process, please submit the form below and our team will review your information to determine if you are suitable for enrollment. A team member will reach out to you within 5-7 business days to inform you of the decision. If you have been pre-qualified, our team member will arrange a phone phone call for you with an ACDS director, during which you will have a chance to learn more about which ACDS Program would be most suitable for you.

Please note, applicants who are referred by an ACDS partner organization, current program member or alumni will be given priority consideration.
